Effective Date: March 2026

1. Service Scope

SwiftFix provides doorstep repair services for home appliances (AC, Washing Machines, Refrigerators, etc.) specifically within the Gurgaon region.

2. Appointments & Cancellations

While we strive for punctuality, appointment times are estimates. Please notify us at least 2 hours in advance if you need to reschedule a technician visit.

3. Warranty & Liability

Specific warranties on spare parts will be mentioned in your service invoice. SwiftFix is not liable for pre-existing damage or issues arising from improper use of appliances after the repair.

4. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the service. We accept UPI, cash, and digital transfers as per the technician' s invoice.
